2. Post Title

This is the job designation or role as mentioned in the JD.JD along with other important details. This can also be the name of a fellowship or a fund. Basically, whatever it is that people need to apply for.

The post title should follow this format:

Formatting rules:

Use a pipe '|' as the separator between fields Salary should be presented in LPA format Skip any field that is missing do not leave empty pipes. For example, if salary is undisclosed, write Role | City, Org For remote roles with no fixed city, write Remote in place of the city Keep the title concise, aim to stay under 60 characters so it doesn't get cut off in Google Search results

      Meta Data

Google Search: how it displays your post

When someone finds an aikyam jobs listing on Google, they see two things: the title tag (blue link) and the meta description (grey text below). Getting these right improves click-through rates.

Meta Title (= Title Tag on Google)

Google displays roughly 50–60 characters before truncating The Role | City, Org | Salary format works well here - it's scannable and keyword-rich Avoid ALL CAPS or filler words like "Amazing opportunity at…" Example: Research Associate at Nutgraph Social Data Lab | Delhi Jobs

Meta Description (grey text below) This is what appears as the description snippet on Google.

Keep it between 140–160 characters (Google cuts off anything longer) Lead with the role and organisation, then add compensation if available Write it as a plain, direct sentence, no hashtags or bullet points Example: "Nutgraph is hiring a Research Associate in New Delhi! Study renewable energy & land systems. 3-6 years exp. Apply by May 7"
