2. What are your thoughts on how this residency could be of help to you or your organisations work?

I am currently managing a program called Kal-Parvarish designed and implemented by COHAS(Community Of Hope And Support). This program is all about providing Leadership and skills to young people of age 18-25 to make a deeper understanding on climate and how they can create their own social enterprise working on climate action. I think this workshop will help me develop new perspective and quip me with new skills to share with the upcoming fellow leaders

3. Organisation Details, if you are applying as NGO participant

COHAS(Community Of Hope And Support) is a youth-led registered NGO that promotes the idea of Constitutional value in it's work. We currently engage with Adolescents, young people and women through various Programmes. We engage with children to promote the idea of education with art-based Intervention like Theater. Education, Climate action and Youth-Leadership are some of the major causes that we work on.

4. If you are a student or staff representing a grassroots NGO with limited budget, do you need a travel allowance to cover your travel costs?

The NGO is based in Delhi and most of the team members are students. The approximate cost of travel, up and down is 8 thousand.

5. A working laptop will be required for the workshop and future online support.

6. What is one thing that your friends & colleagues find valuable about you?

I am a collaborative person, while working in a team I often get recognized for keeping everyone together. Co-creation and collaboration is something is value most.
